The special buildings are often worth 10 FPs a day if you get them to the highest level possible during the special event. Leveling an Arc or any GB requires a lot of FPs by the owner even if you're in a 1.9 club - a lot of FPs up to about level 20, then you get into the "sweet spot" from level 20 to 70 where the owner contribution is lower and you can keep starting the next level for your 1.9 collaborators to kick into. You also need to be progressing through techs. Getting an Arc to 80 requires a ton of FPs, and I'd think you'd want to get your FP production up first. a player must put on their GB to secure the first 5 places following a rate (arc bonus). I have a city that at one point had supplies production problems because, I realized, it didn't have enough GB bonuses for supplies production.)
